Privacy Policy

Effective date: 3 October 2026. This privacy policy explains what personal data Reconleap (“we”, “us”) collects through www.reconleap.com, why, and what choices you have.

Who we are

Reconleap operates this website. For any privacy question or request, contact us at info@reconleap.com.

Privacy policy: what we collect

  • Contact and briefing requests. If you use the contact form we receive your name, email address, organization (optional) and the message you write. We use it to reply to you.
  • Email. If you write to us by email we keep the message and your address to respond.
  • Technical data. Like most websites, our hosting provider records standard server logs such as IP address, browser type, pages requested and time. We use them to run and secure the site.

We do not run advertising or analytics tools on the site at the time of this policy, and we do not ask visitors to create an account.

Why we use it

  • To respond to your enquiry and discuss demos, pilots or partnerships.
  • To keep the website secure and working.
  • To meet legal obligations.

Where the law requires a legal basis, we rely on our legitimate interest in responding to business enquiries and securing the site, and on your consent where we ask for it.

Who we share it with

We do not sell personal data. We share it only with service providers that help us run the site and our email (such as web hosting and email services), under appropriate confidentiality obligations, and with professional advisers or authorities when the law requires it.

International transfers

Our providers may process data in countries other than your own. Where required, we use appropriate safeguards.

Privacy policy: how long we keep it

We keep enquiry messages only as long as needed to respond and for a reasonable period afterwards to handle follow-up, then delete or anonymize them. Server logs are kept by our hosting provider for a limited period.

Security

We use reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect personal data, including encrypted connections (HTTPS) and restricted access.

Privacy policy: your rights

Depending on where you live, you may have the right to access, correct or delete your personal data, to object to or restrict its use, and to withdraw consent. To exercise a right, email info@reconleap.com. You may also complain to your local data-protection authority.
